Thais Taylor is herself an international working and living in the Utrecht Region. She explains that the Utrecht Region is home to a lot of international talent and international organizations, therefore it is a very strategic location for Danone Nutricia Research to be in. Next, to that, she explains she has little trouble convincing new employees to come to the Utrecht Region. Because as she explains: Utrecht has a big expat community, pretty canals, the pretty houses though it remains unique and authentic. She herself has even become a bit Dutch as she cycles to work every day!
