Update on payment policy Utrecht International Center

We would like to inform you about some significant changes to the payment of the services offered by the Utrecht International Center.

Background
As of August 2024, customers pay a service fee for certain appointments at the Utrecht International Center. Since the introduction of this new policy, we have received requests from relocation agencies to pay by invoice. We have been working on this, and we would like to update you on our new policy.

Payment options as of January 2025
As of January 1, 2025, businesses can pay for appointments:

  • Through the regular appointment form. The payments are made in advance through IDEAL or credit card within the appointment form.
  • By invoice. This option is exclusively for businesses. They will receive a password for a special appointment module, allowing you to skip certain questions when filing in the appointment form.

Businesses have two options:

  1. Option I: If your company is (or becomes) a partner of the Utrecht International Center, you will be able to pay by invoice. We will send an invoice every two months for the appointments made. Additionally, we will charge an annual fee for our partnership of 750 euros a year. In 2025, we are offering a one-time fee of €375 per year.   2. Option II: If your company prefers to pay by invoice without a partnership, that is also possible. In this case, we will send an invoice every two months for the appointments made, plus an administrative fee of €25 per appointment made.

Additionally
Starting November 25, 2024, we will conduct random checks to verify if the payment was made or the payment obligation has been agreed upon. If not, the customer may be denied service at the desk and asked to reschedule their appointment.
