Request a refund

You are eligible to request a refund for your appointment at the Utrecht International Center if you meet the following conditions:

You cancelled your appointment using the respective links in the confirmation email that you have received from the city of Utrecht.
You cancelled your appointment at least 5 whole working days prior to your appointment.

Please apply for a refund by completing the form below. Refunds take up to 30 days.
